Press works best at 96 px and above. Choose Clean for smaller headlines.

One structure. Two impressions.

No texture overlay: the wear is inside the Press font outlines.

A

Signature glyph / uppercase A

A star when you want one.

The ordinary A remains the default. Turn on stylistic set 01 to reveal the star. Both versions share the same width and kerning.

Clipped corners. Open interiors.

Thick stems and chamfered bowls carry the character. Counters and joins are regularized so new words can hold together.

A family beyond the reference.

Lowercase, numerals, punctuation and Latin accents follow the same construction. These are independently authored outlines, not extracted image contours.

More than a two-word poster.

Live music. Real energy.

96 PX / PRESS / LARGE DISPLAY MINIMUM

PLAY IT LOUD.

BODY SETTING / SYSTEM SANS

Doors open at seven. Find your place near the stage, meet the people who make the music and stay for one more song. This fictional event setting pairs a loud display face with quiet, readable supporting text.

Failure proof / intentionally below the contract

Give these shapes room.

Dense paragraphs at 14 px lose the small spaces that make this heavy lettering readable. The ink wear becomes noise. This is deliberately too small and low in contrast.

Clean is intended for 48–320 px headlines; Press for 96–480 px titles. Short words, generous line spacing and the built-in kerning are a good starting point.

Know the scope.

  • English and the declared Latin character set. No Hangul, Cyrillic or complete Greek.
  • Two heavy faces. Synthetic bold or italic are not designed styles.
  • The same letter repeats the same texture. There is no random contextual alternate system.
  • Binary, shaping and raster checks are included. Word, Adobe and macOS layout certification is pending.
