About MOONQUILL

MOONQUILL is a free decorative serif display font with tall flared forms, delicate curls and a hand-drawn edge. Its whimsical details suit book titles, posters, packaging and expressive short headlines. Regular v0.100 includes 362 Unicode mappings across 363 glyphs: printable ASCII, Latin-1 and Latin Extended-A, Romanian comma-below letters, dotless i/j, uppercase sharp S, combining accents, currencies and typographic symbols. No Hangul, Greek or Cyrillic alphabet support. Best for titles and larger text. Fine curls and small details need checking at the final output size. This is a single display style, with no separate hinted small-text master or variable axes. Kerning, supported accent composition and mark placement are included. This website ZIP contains one TTF plus SIL OFL 1.1. Reserved Font Name: MOONQUILL. Free for personal and commercial use under the license conditions. Release review covered every visible glyph plus .notdef in enlarged shape, context and technical-appearance passes. The repaired set received three complete passes again; final localized cleanups were visually rechecked. Technical validation passed, and isolated source-sheet and editable-UFO rebuilds reproduced all released binaries exactly. Minor TTF/CFF rasterizer edge differences remain for underscore, degree and spacing ring. Fontconfig recognition was checked; Windows/macOS application installation was not tested. Check your final text in your intended application.
