OFFBEAT is a free cut-paper display sans serif with faceted bowls, angled terminals and irregular rhythm for bold posters, headlines and packaging. Regular v0.100 is a static, upright monochrome style with 416 Unicode mappings, including uppercase and lowercase Latin, numerals, Latin-1 Supplement, Latin Extended-A, selected additional Latin, 15 combining accents, currency, fractions and editorial punctuation. Five spacing/control mappings are intentionally blank. Optical kerning and accent positioning are included. Recommended at 32 px and above. Native asymmetry is intentional; inspect small accents and counters at the final output size. No Hangul, italic, variable axes or color-font tables. All visible glyphs received individual enlarged review, family and shaped-context checks, plus real-word spacing review. No unresolved blocking QA findings; minor optical/style advisories and normal TTF/CFF raster differences remain documented. macOS/Windows and external design-app installation are untested.
